Director of Marketing
DataBlend, a specialized iPaaS software company focused on financial system workflows, is looking for a hands-on, high-energy, demand gen specialist to join our team as the Director of Marketing. The position will initially be an individual contributor with support from select service providers and the company’s CEO. The successful candidate will demonstrate the passion, experience, and desire to help us build off our early success and accelerate our growth. Reporting directly to the CEO and President, the Director of Marketing’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing the company’s demand strategy to generate sales qualified leads from both new and existing customers is job number one
- Creating engaging content, which may include emails, blog posts, social posts, case studies, videos, presentations, website and landing pages, and white papers
- Developing a comprehensive marketing calendar, including nurtures and sequences using the company’s marketing automation and CRM application, HubSpot
- Researching keywords and executing an SEO program to improve organic website traffic
- Maintaining an active social presence to drive inbound activity and a strong group of followers
- Organizing and running field marketing events – both virtual and in-person (when applicable)
- Providing material and coordinating activities to support DataBlend’s partners
- Working with PR firm and other agencies, as applicable
- Guiding the design of all marketing material
- Maintaining up-to-date competitive positioning and messaging to ensure proper differentiation
- Building the company’s brand recognition in our target market
- Working with customer success to build a strong sense of community and support upsell opportunities
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B software demand generation
- 2+ years at a software start-up
- BA in Marketing, English, Communications or other related fields
- Certification in HubSpot
- Practical knowledge of SEO tools and techniques
- Data-driven
- Creative

- Exceptional communication, editing, and copy writing skills

Integration Associate

Job Description
Are you a recent grad looking to get your career on the fast track? If you have a strong academic background, are technologically savvy, and have finance knowledge, this is very likely your dream job! This is a great opportunity to work for a growing software company and help expand our Integration team. In this position, you will be using our iPaaS software to build integrations for our clients and will be responding to support tickets, including both emails or phone calls. Your technology acumen will be honed by problem solving and troubleshooting issues that arise in the integration process. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Become proficient with the DataBlend integration platform
- Respond to client issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot errors in client integration workflows
- Assisting with implementation projects
- Work with clients to ensure their data is formatted, imports successfully and ties out (finance background is very helpful here!)
- Support clients through training at the end of the project
- Provide written user guides to each client at the end of the project

Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or Business
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of work experience
- Previous customer support experience
- Strong financial and/or programming background
- Highly skilled with MS Excel and strong technology acumen

- Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with cloud software desired (Workday Adaptive Planning, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, and/or Salesforce to name a few)

Get in on the ground floor of a rapidly growing software company searching for a motivated Business Development Rep (BDR). This is a great opportunity to help build our customer base and revenue streams. You will be a key player on the sales team, responsible for finding new leads, booking meetings and managing relationships with customers. Your mission will be to uncover opportunities and drive sales (and have fun while you are doing it)! This position is based out of our Woburn, MA office or remote.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct high volume prospecting (60-100 activities per day) to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media
- Serve as the first line of contact for inbound leads

Initially, reporting directly to the CEO and President, the Strategic Alliance Manager’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Develop, support and strengthen relationships with executives, sales, marketing, and operations with key partners.
- Create and implement business development and demand generation plans with assigned partners to drive revenue growth.
- Work with partners to close new business at or above quota level by identifying partners who are willing to invest both time and money in incorporating our software into their value proposition.
- Develop and implement quarterly and yearly business reviews with the partners.
- Coordinate and lead sales and technical enablement training partners to drive capability deep into the channel.
- Effectively communicate programs and product launches across partners to maximize the impact of key initiatives and collaboration.

Required Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years of Software Channel Manager experience required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Initially, reporting directly to the CEO and President, the Customer Success Manager’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Becoming the trusted partner for our customers on the use of our solution and product functionality.
- Ensuring maximum value (ROI) is derived from our solution by each customer to drive high renewal rates and strong references.
- Establishing the proper cadence with customers to maintain an understanding of their needs and fintech stack.
- Developing material (quarterly release notes, training material, lunch and learns, customer newsletter, etc.) to keep customers informed of full capabilities of solution.
- Preparing renewal orders and collecting requirements for statements of work, as required.
- Expanding use of solution and services within customer base.
- Working with finance team on billing.
- Creating customer appreciation programs.
- Scheduling consulting calls and meetings for follow up after services are performed, including project completion reviews.
- Identifying customers to engage in and conduct case-studies.
- Working with VP of Product to communicate customer needs.
- Updating CRM (Hubspot) with notes from calls, action items, and latest contact information.
